Why Recycle

What is e waste?

E-waste, often known as electronic garbage, is the term used to describe discarded electrical or electronic items that are no longer in use. Electronic materials that lose functionality after a lengthy period of usage or when outdated parts are replaced with newer technology. These unused parts are classified as e-waste. As technology advances, the amount of e-waste increases, and these screens are mostly responsible for disturbing our environment's balance. That is why, under the e-Waste Management Rules (2016), legislation have been enacted to dispose of these waste items through scrap recycling. According to this Act, Eco Age Recycling takes garbage from all producers and converts it into recyclable materials.

Along with using new electronic gadgets, it is critical to properly dispose of our old, useless electronic equipment. Toxic substances found in electronic devices harm soil, groundwater, and air if they wind up in landfills. As a result, recycling outdated equipment can save money, energy, and significantly reduce pollution in the environment. Recycling outdated gadgets like copper and aluminum, as well as gold, minimizes the cost and raw material requirements for new devices. Simran Infotech employs cutting-edge ways to convert e-waste into reusable materials.

What is End-Of-Life-Vehicle recycling?

End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) recycling is the process of environmentally managing and dismantling old vehicles in order to recover valuable materials and prevent environmental damage. It includes depollution (removing hazardous fluids and components), dismantling (recovering reusable parts), and shredding (breaking down the car into smaller pieces for further recycling or disposal).

In India, the new End-of-Life Vehicles Rules, 2025, require Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities (RVSFs) to handle these procedures, with an emphasis on depollution, parts recovery, and recycling, as well as a new online platform for tracking and managing ELVs and their materials. This comprehensive method seeks to foster a circular economy, decrease waste, and generate economic opportunities by reintegrating materials back into the manufacturing cycle.
